If you have found your way here, there is a strong possibility that you have come to realize that something is feeling off - relationally, emotionally, or physically. You might not be clear about what it is but many people arrive here because something feels different. This is a space for clarity, support and thoughtful conversation and exploration, at your pace.

When your relationship, desire or sense of connection feels confusing, distant or overwhelming, it impacts your wellbeing and your choices and everyday decisions. We help adults and couples who are struggling with intimacy, changes in desire, shame, barriers in communication, and concerns around sexual satisfaction. You do not have to navigate this alone.

Counseling support is not a luxury, it is a place for understanding, discovery, relief, and change. Our services are designed to help move you forward with confidence and practical tools and skills.

You may be seeking support if you’re experiencing:

  • Changes in desire or arousal (low desire, mismatch, avoidance)

  • Emotional or physical barriers to intimacy (pain, trauma, medical)

  • Communication breakdown (difficulty expressing needs and preferences, ongoing strain or tension)

You don’t need to know exactly what is wrong or whether your current situation aligns with these situations, but know that if any of this resonates with you, a conversation can help bring clarity and relief. Explore the possibilities in an initial consultation. This will be a session designed to clarify concerns, assess fit, and identify next steps.
